We recommend discussing this with one of our stylists. We always prioritise the health and wellbeing of young clients. In the salon it's usually 16yrs, but this can be discussed with the stylist and the child's guardians and will depend on the Chemical service.

No. Clean or day-old hair is perfectly fine. If you're having a colour service, we'll let you know if there's anything specific you should do beforehand. Or you could treat yourself to a wash or treatment with your hair appointment

We generally recommend waiting at least 24–48 hours after your colour service, depending on the type of colour applied.

It's best to wait at least 48 hours before swimming. Chlorine and salt water can affect freshly coloured hair.
